I am a beginning hiker and have already found this book to be quite valuable. I use Hiking Minnesota book with The Best in Tent Camping: Minnesota book for more info on the state parks. Minnesota also has a hiking club, check in at the visitor center at any state park for info or check out the DNR site.5/5(5).
